We provide two levels of support:

General Settings: These are optimized starting points that work across virtually all laser machines running LightBurn. They offer excellent baseline results and are ideal for users who want quick, reliable settings out of the box.

Pre-Tested Machine-Specific Settings: For users seeking more precision, we offer detailed settings tested on specific machines. These include multiple material presets tailored to machine wattage and lens size.

If your machine isn't listed above, please contact us before purchasing to check if we can test it. If testing is possible, we’ll provide custom-tested settings within approximately one week.

With your purchase, you’ll get access to over 50 materials, each with multiple settings variations, organized by machine wattage and lens size. You’ll also receive bonus tips and lifetime updates — so your settings library keeps improving over time.

Our list of supported machines is always expanding. Even if your exact model is not listed on the website, we may already support it or be able to test it upon request. If your machine is listed, you're ready to go. If not, we recommend reaching out to us at info@lasercutuniverse.com before purchasing so we can confirm availability or produce a version for you. Custom presets typically take around 7 business days. We currently support popular diode models from brands such as xTool (D1, D1 Pro, F1, Falcon 2, P2 CO₂), Atomstack (A5, A10, S20 Pro), Ortur (Laser Master 2, Laser Master 3, H20 40W), Sculpfun (S9, S10, S30 series), TwoTrees (Totem series), and Neje (3 Max 20W).For fiber lasers, we provide tested presets for OMTech MOPA (20W, 30W, 50W, 60W, 80W, 100W) with lenses from 75x75 to 300x300, as well as models like the Gweike G2 Pro (20W, 30W, 50W with 110x110 and 150x150 lenses), San Antonio Edge 50W (112x112, 200x200, 300x300 lenses), Cloudray 30W, ComMarker B4 and B4 MOPA, Haotian MOPA, M-T ML, Monport, MrCarve, Raycus, and YDFLP-E2-200.If your specific model is not listed, we recommend reaching out before purchasing so we can check if it’s available for testing. If it is, we’re happy to run the necessary setup and deliver your tested file within approximately one week.

Laser engraving and cutting involves high temperatures and potentially hazardous fumes.
